Somewhat ironically, this might be a better review by describing us more than Shafin. My wife and I were browsing for houses ourselves when we asked to see a property Shafin was representing, so we met him somewhat randomly in December 2019. He offered to be our buyer’s agent. We do not own a car (so needed rides to any showings), we maintain strict pandemic practices (i.e. won’t even enter our own bank to do paperwork when a vendor doesn’t accept electronic deposits), and wanted a house on a small budget. We do not believe this made us easy clients. After ten months of accommodating our needs, and many questions and requests for reassurance about matters directly and marginally related to real estate, we now have a house that is just right for us.
